The details:
This event is described as “Boston’s sexiest event this summer,” and even if the event doesn’t live up to its “sexiness” you are guaranteed to have a good time. If you missed the first two portions of the competition, the bikini and personality portion, don’t worry because the cocktail dresses are coming out for the finals. As we learned from the Miss Teen USA contest in 2007, beauty queens can be entertaining and educational – Miss Teen South Carolina taught us why Americans still won’t be able to find their own country on a map.

This small-scale beauty competition has a host of guest judges, including the current Miss Massachusetts, Jacqueline Bruno, TV personality Romeo, and Real World San Diego star- Randy Barry. Have a couple of drinks; meet some new friends, and the witness ego crushing moments during this competition. Yes, I must admit, some of the contestants might be a little, um, rough around the edges -- but it just adds to the overall skankiness we've all grown to love.

Gawking at "good-looking" women in cocktail dresses, can you think of a better way to spend your Saturday? As far as I know, no one’s opposed to scantily clad women competing against each other. The potential for a cat fight also includes another trashy incentive to attend.

I wonder who will win the crown?

You do these girls wrong with your comments. Don't rub your own skankiness off onto them. They are trying to get somewhere in life and represent the fine City of Boston at the same time. If you don't know them personally, (and you obviously don't) why denigrate them? Posted 07/01/2008 10:17 PMReply
