The Biggest Lie Ever Perpetrated: Boston is "America's Walking City"
Tired of being heckled by the signs in Boston bus stops proclaiming that this is "America's Walking City"? Well, you may be in luck. Apparently, that was just lies, lies, lies. According to the hard-hitting journalism in the Boston Globe, "there has never been any empirical data for the boast."

Fortunately, someone got off their ass and decided to do a ridiculously simplistic and arbitrary calculation that proves, once and for all, that Boston's is only America's second best walking city, after Washington, DC.

In other news, the homicide rate in DC is up 11.6% this year.
