While exploring New York City, this Columbia student wandered into a sex shop and began pondering the mysteries of the universe. Can you help answer her lingering questions?
1. If you want to call them "freaks" for exploring their sexuality, then yes. Babeland gets almost as many male shoppers as female so it's not just for the "ladies... MORE »
Fug Alert: Underground "Art"

A lot of people are up in arms about potential fare hikes for subways and buses, but as long as MTA continues to sponsor such inspirational and high-quality art, I have no problem with it. Back-to-school time reminds most people of sweater weather, seeing old friends and making new ones, and the start of classes. As if agonizing weeks of apartment hunting weren’t torture enough, I spent every second of last week in Residential Advisor training. Miss me? The past two weeks have been filled with sheer madness, leading me to neglect Columbia OTR’s fan base. (If I were being honest, I would say Columbia OTR’s fan, but then you would know I am only referring to one person. Fan base makes it sound much larger.)*
So what has been consuming my ever

After I appeared in the September 2008 issue of CosmoGIRL! magazine representing Freeganism and dumpster diving, I was hit up in all directions from media outlets and journalists seeking to produce some sensationalistic copy on where I get my dinner. I took a kind and upstanding freelance
