Iraq has arrived at Miami University this week, entering in a very different way compared to when the USA started visiting Iraq.

This week, Miami students are being treated to a taste of Baghdad with the Baghdad Here film series. The films are mostly student made documentaries giving an insight into their unique culture while also giving their feelings on their current conflict. There are a couple of fictional films, however, for those of you that feel documentaries are for Al Gore, Michael Moore loving nerds.

So if you're a Miami student, check out the event page and see if any of the film descriptions grab your attention. If you're not fortunate enough to have a little bit of Baghdad near you, check out the event page anyway and see if something grabs you.

Who knows, maybe you'll finally see why President Bush has felt it necessary to stick around in Iraq for 5 years or 1,971 days since he declared "Mission Accomplished."
