Skirt or No Skirt in the winter?
Ladies, help us guys out... notice the winter jackets, yet she's wearing a wool skirt. Is she warm enough? Is she just wanting to share a little leg with the boys despite the cold? Fashion Statement, or Fashion Faux-Pas?
