Penn State Junior Football Tickets sold out in approximately 90 seconds, giving tickets to 72% of the junior students who pre- registered. This is a slight contrast to the 89% of seniors who received tickets after 9 hours of tickets being available.

"Less than two minutes into the sale, the number of tickets already sold combined with the number of students waiting in line accounted for all the tickets," Greg Myford, Associate Athletic Director of Marketing and Communication, said. "If you weren't in there within the first minute, you were likely shut out."

This is the first year for the new system which was implemented in order to battle student scalping.

This junior class of students were high school seniors when Penn State went to the Orange Bowl to defeat Florida State.

Sophomore, Freshman, and Graduate Student Tickets will go on sale during the rest of this week.
