Don't Drink the Water

No, there isn't any blood in the water. 

 

It's the first day back to Bing, and there are signs everywhere banning water consumption.  The signs are hand written, and look as though they were put up urgently.  Apparently something in the filtration system burst, causing a the water to be contaminated.
