Job Summary:
As the Sales Director and member of our growing team, you will be working from our headquarters and reporting the CEO. Primary job functions are selling the CPM inventory on our sites and partner sites. Both agency and direct client sales will be involved. The Sales Director will also manage and work with the Director of Client Services and Traffic Manager.
Essential Responsibilities:
The right candidate has an intimate understanding of the CPM sales environment and industry, plus experience exceeding sales goals and establishing deep relationships with interactive agencies and clients. The Sales Director must also field RFPs, have a superior technical skill-set and be comfortable managing a realistic pipeline report. This is a perfect opportunity for an entrepreneurial self-starter who knows how to navigate a competitive landscape!

Essential Responsibilities:
Create new features and brainstorm ways to grow our traffic
Develop Facebook applications
Complete interface design by converting PSDs into XHTML and CSS
Create scripts using PHP, MYSQL
Constant updates to the website and QA, including daily backups and optimization of SQL queries
Clean up / organize code
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years experience with professional web development
Expertise with PHP, SQL, D/HTML/CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver
Experience with Flash is a plus
Experience with Drupal is a plus
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and exceed expectations

Online Sales Director
