PETA Comes After UCI, Gets the Middle Finger

So the Anatomy department at UC Irvine uses rats and frogs to help teach their students. Is that surprising to anyone? As a matter of fact, I would be more than happy to donate the troop of rats that scurry around my garage and garbage cans at night. I dissected plenty of "weird"
