College Park, desperate for anything interesting to happen during the summer, will get its wish as the Bladensburg 7-11 morphs to a Kwik-E-Mart for the premiere of the Simpsons Movie.

Easily the biggest summer news to hit College Park in years, the 7-11 will feature cardboard cutouts of the Simpsons characters, giving locals the chance to try and make new friends.

According to the article, 7-11’s marketing department was looking for areas with large population and a large number of 7-11’s when choosing where to have the 12 Kwik-E-Mart locations.
