Because what would a series of stereotypes be without mentioning the Greeks?
Who they are: Pearls. Sundresses. Peppiness. When I first arrived in the south a year ago, sorority girls represented everything about the south that I had feared and everything about the south that made me slightly nauseous. They're not friends, they're sisters; they don't have parties, they have mixers; it's not a meeting, it's a chapter. Sororities are their own world with their own rules and sorority girls live in a barbie world sorority world.
Why we love them: Guys love them because...well...they're girls. I'm not so sure if girls love them...
Why we love to hate them: What would a college campus be if there were no Greeks to make fun of?
